Your details
Photo or logo (optional)
Upload a photo and it is cropped square and shrunk in your browser, so nothing is sent to us. For a logo, paste a public https:// image address instead.
Gmail does not accept uploaded photos pasted into its signature box. If your photo does not appear there, use the picture button inside Gmail's signature editor. Outlook and Apple Mail keep it.
Social links (optional)
Logo icons are small pictures loaded from gopafy.com. Badges and text links need no pictures, so they also show when an app blocks images.
Button, banner and small print (optional)
A wide promo image under your details.
A sample is not legal advice. Ask your company or a lawyer if you need exact wording.

Some email apps in dark mode invert or tint colours. This shows your signature on a dark background so you can check that it stays readable.

How to add it
Gmail: click Copy signature, then open Settings, choose See all settings, scroll to Signature on the General tab, create a signature and paste it in the box. Save changes at the bottom.
Outlook: click Copy signature, open the signature settings (in the new Outlook: Settings, Accounts, Signatures; in classic Outlook: File, Options, Mail, Signatures) and paste it into the editor.
Menus change from time to time, so check your email app's help if a step looks different. Some apps show links, images and round shapes differently (Outlook may show badges as squares), and some block images until the reader allows them, so send yourself a test email. Logo icons are small pictures hosted on gopafy.com. If you would rather not depend on them, choose Round badges or Text links.
