Gopafy was founded in June 2024. The leadership team is Vinod Reddy B (Founder and CEO), Ranjith Kumar Reddy K (Co-Founder and CTO) and Gopa Shreya (COO and Marketing Head). Each leads a different part of the company: vision and strategy, technology and product, and operations and marketing.

Gopafy was founded in June 2024 and launched NexCard in July 2024. Its services launched in September 2025, and the IoT Lab opened in January 2026. The company describes its current phase as building forward with next-generation IT and AI solutions.
