- All subscription payments (including renewals) are non-refundable
- This applies to all SaaS-related services and platforms
Free Online Tools
Gopafy Free Tools (30+ browser-based tools at gopafy.com/tools) are provided at no cost. Since no payment is charged for tool usage, no refund applies to Free Tools.
Project-Based Work
- Payments made for completed or partially completed work are non-refundable
- Delays caused by the client (lack of input, approvals, or communication) do not qualify for refunds
Exceptions
Refunds will not be provided under any of the following circumstances.
- Change of mind
- Business closure
- Lack of usage of services
- Delays caused by third-party tools or platforms
Third-Party Costs
Any third-party expenses (domain, hosting, APIs, tools, ads, etc.) are non-refundable.
