• Access to SaaS products (via separate platforms like NexCard)
• Free Online Tools (gopafy.com/tools) — 20+ browser-based productivity tools provided at no cost, with no account required

You agree to:

• Use the website for lawful purposes only
• Not misuse, copy, or exploit content without permission
• Not attempt to disrupt or harm the platform

Regarding the Free Tools at gopafy.com/tools:

• Free Tools are provided “as-is” for informational and productivity purposes, with no warranty of accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose
• Tool outputs (emails, invoices, QR codes, passwords, calculations, etc.) must be reviewed and independently verified before professional, legal, or commercial use
• You are solely responsible for any data you enter into a Free Tool and any decisions or actions taken based on tool outputs
• You must not use Free Tools to generate or distribute unlawful, harmful, or deceptive content

• All services are subject to separate agreements or project proposals
• Timelines, deliverables, and pricing will be defined per project
• Clients must provide accurate requirements and timely communication

• Payments must be made as per agreed terms
• Advance payments are non-refundable
• Renewals or subscription payments are non-refundable

For SaaS products (e.g., NexCard), separate pricing and policies apply and are available on respective product platforms.

• All content on this website is owned by Gopafy
• Project deliverables ownership will be defined in individual agreements
• Unauthorized use of content is prohibited

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gopafy shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect or consequential damages
• Business loss, revenue loss, or data loss
• Delays caused by third-party services

We may integrate or recommend third-party tools and platforms. We are not responsible for their performance or policies.

Our Free Tools use the following third-party integrations:

• TinyURL — Optional URL shortening in the WhatsApp Link Generator. Entirely user-initiated; subject to TinyURL’s own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
• CDN Libraries — JavaScript libraries loaded from cdnjs.cloudflare.com and cdn.jsdelivr.net (qrcodejs, jsPDF, html2canvas, jszip, marked.js). All processing occurs in the user’s browser.

By using any feature that integrates a third-party service, you agree to be bound by that service’s terms. Gopafy does not control and is not liable for such third-party services.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if terms are violated, and may refuse service at our discretion.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Bengaluru, Karnataka.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website implies acceptance.
