About the Role
Gopafy is a fast-growing premium technology company based in Bengaluru, building custom Websites, Mobile Applications, SEO, Social Media Marketing, SaaS Products, and Digital Business Solutions. Alongside our agency services, we are expanding our StartBusinezz B2B2C franchise ecosystem to empower businesses across Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities.
We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Operations & Research Intern to work directly with our Chief Operating Officer (COO). This is not a routine internship—you will be involved in real business operations, market research, lead management, process optimization, financial coordination, and strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify business expansion opportunities across Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities
- Research local market trends, competitors, and customer requirements
- Support CRM management and monitor sales lead pipelines
- Track inbound leads from digital campaigns, WhatsApp, websites, and events
- Ensure proper follow-up of leads and maintain accurate CRM records
- Assist the COO in day-to-day operational activities
- Prepare and organize client invoices and financial documents
- Track pending payments and support cash flow monitoring
- Maintain internal operational reports and business documentation
- Coordinate internal HR records including attendance and leave management
- Support process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives
- Prepare research reports, presentations, and business insights
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth business operations
- Handle administrative tasks with high accuracy and confidentiality
- Take ownership of assigned operational and research projects
What We're Looking For
- Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience are welcome
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong analytical and research abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
- Basic understanding of CRM systems is an advantage
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Knowledge of Kannada or Telugu is an added advantage
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
- Self-motivated with a willingness to learn
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team
- Flexible enough to take ownership of new responsibilities
